Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Answers customers calls, needs, complaints and inquiries and responds accordingly
  2. Channels all issued calls to the responsible staff members
  3. Recalls all those whose calls were not answered, until satisfaction occurs
  4. Handles walk-ins by answering all their questions and submitting their files
  5. Makes sure all files submitted are completed

 

Job Requirements

  1. Academic Qualifications: High School Diploma
  2. Required Language: English & Arabic, French is a plus
  3. Required software: MS Office
